Other Worlds Book Club In-Person
Are you a fan of stories that take you into the stars or off on a magical adventure? Well, you should give the Library’s Other Worlds Book Club a try! The group meets at 6:30 pm on the fourth Tuesday of each month. We read science fiction titles on odd months and fantasy titles on even months. This month's title is A Song for the Wild-Built by Becky Chambers.
Centuries before, robots gained self-awareness and wandered in the wilderness. Now, the life of a tea monk is upended by the arrival of a robot, there to honor the old promise of "checking in". The robot can't go back until the question of "what do people need?" is answered.
Copies of the book are available at the Circulation Desk for check out. Registration is not required.
