Comic Book Club for Kids In-Person
Comic Book Club is a book club for kids where we exclusively read graphic novels. Kids must read the book before the meeting date so they can participate in our discussion and related activity.
Visit the library to register your child for Comic Book Club starting 7/15! There, you can pick up a copy of the book. We are reading Be Prepared by Vera Brosgol. This book is recommended for ages 8-12. Please note, this book is about a kid who spends time with teenagers, and overhears some PG teen talk and pranks. Parents can preview the content at Common Sense Media.
Readers will borrow a library copy to read for the book club. At the book club meeting, we'll raffle off a copy or two of the book to keep!
