Level Up Your Fashion: Hand-Sewing for Kids In-Person
Learn simple hand-stitches to repair your clothes or embroider cool designs on them! Bring a sturdy piece of clothing you would like to design (denim, corduroy, or khakis are good examples. T-shirt and other flimsy material will NOT work). We will practice some basic hand-stitches then add some colorful patterns to our clothes using the Sashiko stitching method.
For ages 9-12. Registration required! A parent or caregiver is welcome to sit in with their child to offer more individual help. Thread and needles will be provided.
