Rhodey Readers Book Club for Kids In-Person
Rhodey Readers is a book club for kids in 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade. Kids must read the book before the meeting date so they can participate in our discussion and related activity. If a child doesn't finish, they can still attend, but be warned: there WILL be spoilers!
Visit the library to register your child for Rhodey Readers! There, you can pick up a copy of the book if there is one available, or reserve a copy with the staff if not. This month we are reading Finch House, a nominee for the RI Children's Book Award! (This book will be available as of Monday 10/21.)
The Friends of the Cumberland Public Library have generously donated ten new copies of each month's selection that the first ten readers to register get to keep! However, if a family gets a new book then does not show up for book club, they will be limited to a library copy the next time they join us.
